We started in 1991 as importers of various hotel consumables and diversified into the artisan bakery market segment since 1998. We market various types of food ingredients suitable and useful for up-market bakeries and restaurants in Nepal.
We supply ingredients such as high quality Couverture Chocolates, Whipping and Cooking Creams, Hot and Cold Mirror Glazes, Fruit Fillings (Pie Fillings), Sugar Pastes/Fondants, Bread Flour and Various Bread Mixes and Cake Mixes including Eggless and Sugar Free.
We are now mainly importing and marketing the following group of products:
• Bread and Cakes Mixes
• Bread / Flour Improvers.
• Confectionery items like Fruit Fillings and Fruit Purees
• Couverture Chocolates and Compound Chocolates
• Whip Topping
We also support our clients by making available Baking Trays, Sheets and Tools and some containers for packaging .
